THE WHY:
In Ghana, many underserved communities still face challenges due to the high cost of healthcare. While the National Health Insurance Scheme has improved services for expectant mothers, some maternal health expenses remain uncovered.
Recognizing this gap, we have launched the Maternity and Medical Equipment Relief Initiative to ensure that no mother or baby is denied care due to financial limitations or a lack of essential medical equipment.
Through direct financial support, provision of vital medical tools, and partnerships with healthcare professionals, the initiative improves health outcomes for mothers and newborns, empowers families, and strengthens community health systems through donations, awareness-raising, and sponsorships.
